General
- When do monthly kits go on sale?
- monthly kits and add-ons are available at 12am EST on the 15th of every month. One time purchase monthly kits and add-ons are available in limited quantities each month.
- What is the price of your monthly kits?
- One time kit purchases are $34 + s/h while subscriptions are available for $29. + s/h starting with a six month commitment. Please see our subscriptions page and/or our subscription FAQ's further down on this page for more detailed information.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time we use PayPal to process all orders. With PayPal you may use your existing PayPal account, or, if you do not have a PayPal account, with any major credit card.
Due to some last-minute technical issues with the shopping system we were hoping to use, for the time being we will redirect you to our Etsy shop for all sales. Clicking on any of our "Buy Me" buttons will launch this shop in a new window. As items in our Etsy shop sell out, we will be removing these from our website but there may be a short delay in this manual process. Please note that subscriptions will still be handled through PayPal.- When will I be billed?
- One time purchases are billed immediately. Subscriptions are billed on the 15th of each month.
- When will my order ship?
- Montly kits are shipped between the 20th - 23rd of each month based on when your order was placed and if you purchased any add-ons. One time purchases made from the market generally ship within 48 hours of purchase.
- What is your return policy?
- Due to the nature of our items all sales are final.
- What if my kit arrives damaged?
- All of our items are lovingly wrapped to ensure this doesn't happen, but in the event it does please email us at info@kennerroad.com within 3 days of receipt. At that time we will make arrangements for you to return your damaged item for a replacement or, if the item is sold out, substitiute a similar item from a future kit.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Please see the subscriptions section further down on this same page for more info.
- How do I make general shipping/billing changes?
- Billing changes must be made through your PayPal account. Shipping changes can be made by emailing us at info@kennerroad.com.
- Do you offer Gift Certificates?
- We sure do! Please email us at info@kennerroad.com for more information.
Shipping
- What is your delievery method?
- We ship all of our orders via USPS. United States deliveries are sent via Priority Mail with tracking. International orders are sent via USPS First Class mail. Please note that First Class mail does not come with tracking and/or insurance. For options including tracking/insurance please email us at info@kennerroad.com.
- What are estimated shipping rates?
- We charge a flat shipping charge of $6 for United States deliveries, $10 to Canada, and $15 for all other International deliveries. All rates are in US Dollars.
- What are your add-on & market provision shipping rates?
- All monthly kit add-ons ship free with main kit purchase if ordered between the 15th & 20th of each month. Otherwise our estimated shipping rates apply. Some market provisions may ship USPS First Class mail, depending on the size of order. If this occurs any over payment in shipping charges will be refunded within 48 hours of shipment.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We do. Please see our general shipping information above, or email us at info@kennerroad.com if you have any questions at all.
- Can I ship to an alternate address?
- Unfortunatly we can only ship your purchase to the address listed in your PayPal account. If you have moved or will be moving, please make sure to update your account through PayPal.

Subscriptions
- What is the benefit of being a kit subscriber?
- Besides the knowledge that you are guaranteed a coordinated kit each month, you also receive a $5 discount from the one time purchase price. A pretty sweet deal, don't you think?
- How can I order a subscription?
- New presale subscriptions are available for a limited time on the 15th of each month here. However, you can always email us at info@kennerroad.com for more information or to get on the waiting list.
- Can I skip a kit?
- At this time kit subscriptions can not be skipped. However, if you have further questions or concerns please email us at info@kennerroad.com.
- When will my subscription end?
- Subscriptions automatically renew after your six month commitment until you notify us to cancel.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Subscriptions are purchased for a 6 month commitment and any early cancellations will incur a $15 termination fee.
